About the Role Chili's Servers provide hospitable service to Guests, delivering hospitality and service that makes guests feel special. If you take pride in great service, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have
