About the Role Chili's is seeking a Server in Allen Park, MI to deliver hospitable service and a great guest experience. You will provide customized service, learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with team members to ensure guest satisfaction, while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
