About the Role Chili's Server role focuses on delivering hospitality and a customized dining experience to guests. You will learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, and collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
