About the Role As a Server at Chili's in Battle Creek, MI, you deliver hospitality and service that makes guests feel welcome. You’ll provide customized service, learn the menu, and work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. This role also includes opening and closing duties and helping maintain a safe, inviting environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
