About the Role Join Chili's as a Server in Simsbury, CT. You’ll deliver hospitality and service that makes guests feel special, learn the menu to explain offerings, and work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. You should be ready to contribute to a safe, welcoming dining environment and be available on weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest.

- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Prior experience a plus. Nice to Have
