About the Role Our Servers deliver hospitality and service to Guests at Chili's, ensuring a welcoming dining experience. If you take pride in great service and making Guests feel special, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $5.00 per hour (hourly) plus tips
