Chili's Servers deliver hospitality and service that makes guests feel special, providing friendly, customized service as part of a team. This role involves learning the menu, explaining offerings, and performing opening/closing duties to ensure a welcoming dining environment. Availability may include weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest
- Learn the menu to explain offerings
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- What We're Looking For
- Great attitude toward guests and team members
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every guest
- Prior experience is a plus
- Nice to Have
- Prior restaurant/server experience (preferred)
