About the Role Our Servers deliver hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. They provide customized service and ensure guests have a great experience. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, menu knowledge, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment, with availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
