About the Role Chili's Servers provide hospitality and service that makes guests feel special. They don't just serve food and drinks—they create an inviting, enjoyable dining experience for every guest. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $10 - $20 per hour
