About the Role Our Servers deliver hospitality and service that goes beyond great food. They provide hospitable, customized service to our Guests and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. You may perform opening and closing duties and collaborate with Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction; some weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is needed. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have
- Prior experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $10 – $20 per hour
