About the Role Chili's Servers deliver hospitality and service to Guests with energy and a friendly, personal touch. If you take pride in providing great service and making people feel special, this role could be for you. This position is based at Chili's in Shakopee, MN. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Minimum age of 18
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have
- Prior experience in hospitality/food service is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $11.00/hour, plus tips
