About the Role Chili's Servers deliver hospitality and service that makes Guests feel special. If you take pride in providing great service, we want to hear from you. This role supports serving guests with a friendly, high-energy experience and offers flexible scheduling. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Team Member Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour
