About the Role Our servers deliver hospitality and service that absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing great service and love making people feel special, we want to hear from you! In this role you will provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest, learn our menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with the Team to ensure Guest satisfaction. Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required; contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $6.00 – $6.00 per hour plus tips
