About the Role Chili's Servers deliver hospitality and service to guests, providing great food and drinks in a warm, welcoming environment. As a Server in Elizabeth, NJ, you will be responsible for delivering customized service and helping ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
