About the Role Join Chili's in Baldwin Place as a Server. You’ll provide hospitable, customized service to guests, learn the menu to explain offerings, and support opening and closing duties while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
