Server Assistant
The Opportunity:
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.
Essential function of the job:
- Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
- Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
- Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
