We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SEO & Website Developer to join our team. This unique role combines the responsibilities of optimizing our website for search engines while also ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with our brand’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both SEO and web development, with a passion for driving organic growth and creating high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that align with our business objectives.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to enhance SEO performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
• Perform technical SEO audits and make necessary adjustments to improve site structure, speed, and crawlability.
• Website Development and Maintenance:
• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update web pages that align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure the website is optimized for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, including bugs, broken links, and other technical problems.
• Implement website updates, new features, and functionality as needed.
• Work with content creators to ensure that all content is properly integrated into the website and optimized for SEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in SEO and web development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.

• Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
