Job Description

The role

We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own and advance Solflare's organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

We already have a solid SEO foundation in place. Your role won't be to start from scratch, but to build on what's working, identify untapped opportunities, and take our organic visibility to the next level.

You'll work on a large-scale website with potentially millions of indexed or indexable pages, where technical SEO, content strategy, and smart prioritization can have a significant impact.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and getting things done. You'll collaborate directly with experienced colleagues across Marketing, Product, and Engineering, with the autonomy to shape how we approach organic growth.

Core responsibilities:

• Own and evolve our SEO strategy - Build on our existing foundation, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Drive organic search performance - Improve rankings, qualified organic traffic, and visibility for Solflare and its products across global markets.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives - Identify and prioritize opportunities related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and performance across a large-scale website.
• Optimize for traditional and AI-powered search - Develop approaches to improve Solflare's visibility in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery platforms.
• Shape our content SEO strategy - Work with content creators and other stakeholders to ensure landing pages, product pages, and editorial content are built around search intent and measurable organic growth opportunities.
• Strengthen off-page SEO - Identify and execute opportunities to improve domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning.
• Improve product discoverability - Support organic visibility for Solflare's browser extension and other relevant product discovery channels.
• Measure what matters - Monitor performance, turn data into actionable insights, and continuously refine priorities based on impact.
• Collaborate across teams - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn SEO opportunities into implemented improvements.

Qualifications

• Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth in competitive markets.

• Experience owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing and measuring results.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization.

• Solid experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.

• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics and auditing platforms.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and an interest in how search behavior and discovery are evolving.

• A data-driven approach, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact.

• Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively.

• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital industry.

• Experience optimizing websites with a large number of dynamically generated pages.

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO.

• Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or Chrome Web Store discoverability.
