Introduction
-
We are seeking two senior-level Workday Consultants to support Workday Success Plans (WSP) in an expert advisory capacity.
-
These consultants will work with WSP teams to address "Ask an Expert" questions aligned to their Workday certification and functional or technical area of expertise. The ideal candidates are experienced Workday professionals who can independently assess questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, practical guidance to client and internal stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Partner with Workday Success Plans teams to evaluate and respond to "Ask an Expert" questions within the consultant's certified Workday specialty.

Assess configuration, business process, and functional or technical issues and recommend appropriate Workday solutions and best practices.

Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and next steps clearly to client and internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple support requests while maintaining strong responsiveness, documentation, and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Senior or expert-level Workday consulting experience within a currently certified functional or technical specialty.

Active Workday certification relevant to the consultant's area of expertise.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.

Ability to independently evaluate complex Workday questions and provide practical solution guidance.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and successfully complete a background check.

Additional Details
-
Fully remote engagement.
-
40 hours per week for approximately 3 months.
-
Interviews will begin immediately.

The selected consultants should allow at least one week for required client equipment to be shipped before beginning project work.
