About the Role Navan is seeking a proactive Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Operations Team. You won’t just be maintaining a system; you’ll be a strategic architect scaling our global infrastructure to support rapid expansion and a world-class employee experience. What You'll Do
- Architect & Configure: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, with a primary focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
- Data Migration Lead: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Workday EIBs, managing high-volume data uploads, mass updates, and complex data transformations with surgical precision.
- Full-Suite Optimization: Support and enhance the broader Workday deployment across the organization.
