About the Role Join Mizuho as a Senior Windows Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage, configure, and support Windows server environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability, overseeing complex infrastructure projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals. What You'll Do

  • Manage and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects, and domain services
  • Develop and support automation scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency
  • Perform patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening initiatives
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches to ensure security and reliability
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support integrated infrastructure solutions
  • Lead and participate in projects related to server migrations, virtualization, and infrastructure enhancements
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior administrators and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards about system security and data protection
  • Participate in On-Call rotation
  • Work with Citrix XenApp and NetScaler infrastructure as part of the environment What We're Looking For
  • At least a minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy management, and Windows security best practices
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Familiar and able to implement Zero Trust (cyber security framework) principles, conditional access, and endpoint detection and response (EDR)
  • Drive automation using PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code principles
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools for monitoring, incident response, log correlation, and capacity planning
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity testing, and system resilience initiatives
  • Produce engineering documentation and runbooks and audit-ready evidence documents
  • Participate in On-Call rotation
  • Working knowledge of Citrix XenApp and NetScaler Infrastructure
  • Strong communication and people skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SIEM platforms and AI-driven threat detection
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Compensation & Benefits
  • The expected base salary ranges from $111k-$155k (USD) per year
  • Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including skills, training, experience, education, and certifications where applicable
  • In addition to salary, generous employee benefits package and discretionary bonus may be offered
