Senior Well Engineer / Drilling Superintendent

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in well engineering, drilling operations, or well delivery.
- Strong experience in drilling engineering, well planning, execution, and well operations.
- Proven experience supervising drilling activities and managing drilling contractors, service companies, and rig operations.
- Good knowledge of well design, casing and cementing, directional drilling, well control, drilling fluids, and completion operations.
- Experience working with drilling programmes, cost estimates, operational procedures, and performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements, well control standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant Well Control certification (IWCF/IADC) is required.
- Experience in offshore and/or onshore drilling operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure and coordinate multiple drilling activities.
