About the Role Senior Welding Engineer within Eskom's Turbo Gen Services Works. Provides welding engineering solutions and technical support for welding fabrication, refurbishment and site operations on turbo generators and associated plant, ensuring that activities are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant standards.
What You'll Do
- Provide welding engineering solutions and technical support to Turbo Gen Services Works and site operations.
- Ensure welding fabrication and refurbishment activities on turbo generators and related plant are executed safely and in accordance with relevant standards.
- Conduct investigations, compile scopes of work, procedures, quality and maintenance plans, and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
