Senior Web Designer
Paystack is seeking a Senior Web Designer to create exceptional, user-focused web experiences and help evolve the company's web presence and brand experience across Africa. This role expects both high-quality visual design and the ability to implement pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.
Responsibilities
- Design and build engaging, user-focused web experiences.
- Create visually stunning interfaces with strong attention to typography, layout, motion, and detail.
- Translate concepts and design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of Paystack's web presence and brand experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Web Design or Design Engineering within a tech-driven, product-focused company.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent skills in HTML and CSS.
- Comfortable working with React (TypeScript is an added advantage).
- Experience using modern front-end development tools and Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready front-end code.
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-centered design.
