Job Description
For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:
- Cumulative service period of at least (12) years’ relevant work experience (3) of which should have been at the grade Water and Sewerage Technician I;
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution;
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
