Job Description
Are you always the first to know market developments and do you know exactly what impact they have on values? As a registered appraiser with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for in-depth analyses, you get energy from taking that extra step. In addition to determining values, you also want to advise and strategically guide our most important clients.
What will you do?
As a (Senior) Valuations Expert RT you will be part of a specialized and ambitious team where your expertise makes the difference. You perform high-quality real estate valuations and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base, such as banks, housing associations, and large (international) institutional investors.
You focus on valuations for purchase and sale decisions, investments, financings, and annual reporting. By actively listening, engaging in conversations with stakeholders, and delivering sharp, well-founded reports and presentations, you provide clients with advice that is not only reliable but also future-oriented and strategically valuable.
In addition, you stay up-to-date with market developments by attending networking events, contributing to team meetings, and collaborating closely with colleagues. This ensures your advice is always based on current market insights and that clients are optimally supported in their decision-making.
Qualifications

What do we ask of you?

You have at least a completed HBO education

You are registered with the NRVT (Business Real Estate) with a note for Large Commercial is a plus

You have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in valuing commercial real estate

You bring commercial insight and strong communication skills, as well as an analytical and pragmatic mindset

You have good communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English
