The Senior Validation Engineer role is located in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin.
Responsibilities
- Leading validation activities in development projects and client projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Developing validation plans and managing test strategies, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinating laboratory resources, equipment, and collaboration with external testing partners
- Providing technical leadership in test execution, result analysis, and problem resolution
- Identifying technical risks and implementing corrective actions and process improvements
- Acting as the main validation contact for clients and interdisciplinary project teams
- Supporting lab development, mentoring junior employees, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Higher engineering or master's degree in a technical field or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in validation, testing, or laboratory engineering in an industrial environment
- Very good knowledge of validation methods, test planning and execution, and data analysis
- Experience in managing validation projects and coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders
- Practical experience with laboratory equipment, test benches, and measurement systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills
- English language proficiency at level B2 or higher; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
