Senior UX/Web Designer
Our client is seeking a Senior UX/Web Designer to lead the design and execution of a website initiative. This role will focus on creating modern, user-centered digital experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong designer with expertise in UX, web design, and visual storytelling, not web development.
What You'll Do

Lead the design of website experiences from concept through final presentation.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for key website pages.

Develop intuitive, visually compelling designs that improve usability and engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.

Create interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Apply modern UX/UI principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility best practices.

Contribute ideas around motion, animation, and interactive elements to enhance the user journey.

What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of experience in UX, UI, web, or digital design.

Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects and user-centered design thinking.

Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience designing websites from strategy and concept through final execution.

Knowledge of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.

Ability to balance creativity, usability, and business objectives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with website redesign or rebranding initiatives.

Background incorporating animation, motion graphics, or interactive design features.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

Note: This is a design-focused position centered on UX and visual design. Web development or coding experience is not required.
