Overview
Join Publicis Sapient as a UX/UI Designer to craft impactful digital experiences for a major multinational tobacco industry client.
This role focuses on designing for direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital ecosystems — blending creativity, data insights, and usability to optimize customer journeys. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and be assigned to one of two areas:
- Top of Funnel: pages that attract and engage new visitors — homepages, landing pages, campaigns, and discovery experiences.
- Bottom of Funnel: paths that convert visitors — product pages, forms, checkout flows, and account experiences.
Your Impact
- Design website updates, new pages, and layouts from brief to handover, across desktop and mobile.
- Map and enhance user journeys within your assigned funnel stage to fix drop-off points.
- Use analytics, user research, and A/B test data to inform design decisions.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI in Figma, extending design systems when needed.
- Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, copywriters, and product owners to deliver seamless experiences.
- Design to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, with SEO and performance in mind.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and client presentations; clearly communicate design rationale.
- Prototype ideas and support user testing in collaboration with optimization colleagues.
- Share early work, give and receive critique, and contribute to common design patterns.
