About the Role We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support AI projects at VALCE T@lent Solutions. This role translates complex business, technology, and user inputs into clear, simple, and intuitive experiences, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows. Based in Mexico and fully remote, you will collaborate with product and engineering to define outcomes and deliver user‑centered designs. What You'll Do
- Design UX for AI-enabled projects, translating complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on outcomes and roadmaps.
- Create clean, thoughtful designs and flows prioritizing clarity, usability, and consistency; develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specs.
- Synthesize inputs from business, technology, and users; navigate ambiguity to define UX direction.
- Contribute to product strategy through design decisions and user research insights.
- Stay current with AI-enabled workflows, tools, or products and design considerations. What We're Looking For
- Strong UX designer with ability to translate complex problems into clear, simple experiences.
- Demonstrated skill in understanding product strategy and turning intent into effective design outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on outcomes.
- Comfortable working across ambiguity and synthesizing inputs from diverse sources (business, technology, users).
- Ability to create clean, thoughtful designs and flows that prioritize clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, tools, or products is a plus.
