Senior UI/UX Designer at Avenga
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for the banking sector.
Core skills you’ll bring
- Proven experience in UX/UI design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Strong background in user research and usability testing
- Experience designing Design Systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
- Experience working with digital products and platforms
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
The impact you'll create
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Develop and maintain Design Systems
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams
- Translate business requirements into user-centered digital solutions
- Support continuous improvement of web and mobile customer experiences
