About the Role Senior Trial Initiation Specialist at ICON provides pricing leadership for clinical trial investigators, guiding pricing strategy, cost analysis, and compliance to support financial planning and decision-making. What You'll Do

• Lead on pricing and investigator payments tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and develop pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to gather data, assess cost structures, and develop accurate pricing models.
• Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to evaluate pricing competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare detailed pricing reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials. What We're Looking For
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications or experience in pricing analysis or clinical trial management advantageous.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy development, or cost management, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to analyze complex cost data, develop pricing models, and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
