About the Role A Senior Treasury Analyst to join CoreWeave's Treasury team. You will support debt management, covenant compliance, and lender reporting, owning scalable processes and partnering with internal teams and lenders to facilitate rapid growth. This role is based in Manhattan, NY. What You'll Do
- Manage debt management activities, covenant compliance, and lender reporting; assist with borrowing requests and related documents for facilities
- Prepare materials for investor, management, and board presentations to support capital management decisions
- Produce monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates, and schedules
- Analyze and forecast interest rate exposure and support hedging activities, including reconciling trades
- Collaborate with Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, Legal, Corporate Development, and lenders to scale processes and support growth What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of treasury/corporate finance experience
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Experience with debt management and covenant compliance; GAAP knowledge
- Experience with Netsuite and Bloomberg
- Outstanding partnership and communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, deep attention to detail, and comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-growing environment Nice to Have
- Experience with delayed draw term loan facilities Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $108,000–$143,000 per year
- Onsite role in Manhattan, NY
