Senior Timepiece Acquisition & Sales Advisor

We’re seeking an experienced luxury watch professional for an established business in the Nashville area. This role combines pre-owned timepiece evaluation, purchasing, trade negotiations, and client sales. The ideal candidate brings strong market knowledge and the expertise to make confident, profitable transaction decisions.

Compensation & Perks

• Acquisition commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.

• Full-time, in-office position, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assess pre-owned luxury timepieces for authenticity, condition, originality, and market value.
• Negotiate purchases and trades using sound pricing judgment and margin awareness.
• Advise clients on available inventory and complete sales through phone and digital communication.
• Recognize potential authenticity concerns and determine when additional inspection is needed.
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive service and consistent follow-up.
• Support purchasing and pricing decisions that contribute to profitable inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional luxury watch industry experience, with a strong preference for pre-owned market expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to inspect and authenticate high-end timepieces.

• Direct experience purchasing watches, evaluating trades, and closing sales.

• Strong understanding of secondary-market values and transaction profitability.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer opportunities.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
