Job title: Senior Testing Engineer
About the Role
The Senior Testing Engineer is responsible for mice and computer peripherals NPI, engaging with TDE from new product launch to mass production sustaining. You'll work with design, quality and manufacturing teams to launch new products, developing testing flow for manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Work with NPI team to launch new products
- Work with TDE to set up and verify testing stations
- Design for manufacturing contributor
- Work with factory to deploy test stations
- Lead failure analysis and risk assessment to manufacturing issues
- Conduct data analysis to dig out potential issues
- Continuously improving test efficiency, coverage and stability
- Conduct testing station transfers to CM factories
- Design testing processes and develop test stations as joint design support
What We're Looking For
- Technical background with major in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related; Bachelor's degree; Master is a plus
- Ability to understand schematics and circuits
- Cross-functional cooperation and strong communication; Fluent in English
- Aggressive and results-oriented
- Familiar with common instruments and interfaces: oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, serial/USB/I2C/SPI
- Proficient in C# / C++, able to independently develop automated test scripts and host software
- Plus: Familiar with manufacturing process/product and management
- Plus: Familiar with AI and automation applications
- Overseas study or work experience
- Testing development experience of consumer electronics products
- Manufacturing engineering experience in consumer electronics or peripherals
