About the Role To strengthen our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), we are seeking a Senior Test Practitioner with extensive enterprise testing and quality engineering experience. You will shape and drive testing strategy, governance, and capability development across IT divisions, programmes, and delivery teams, acting as a senior expert and trusted advisor. You will promote modern, risk-based, value-driven testing aligned with Agile, DevOps, and regulatory expectations, and coach teams to embed sustainable improvements. What You'll Do
