Your Task
- Analyze error reports from testers and verify them in Jira.
- Analyzing alerts and irregularities detected by automata or monitoring.
- Process analysis and decomposition into steps and systems involved in communication
- Analyze logs and track data flow and communications between systems
- Analyze business and technical processes, break them down into individual steps and identify the systems and integration points involved in them.
- Design, create, customize, maintain and optimize automated tests.
- Manual testing of systems and verifying the correctness of their operation.
- Supporting testers in diagnosing problems with tests and environments.
- Organizing and running warrooms in order to coordinate analysis and solve relevant problems.
- Participation in workshops with technical and business teams on issues, planned changes, migration and systems development.
- Developing and updating systems monitoring and verifying the correctness of generated alerts.
- Monitoring and reporting on the availability of systems and the level of agreed KPIs.
- Preparation of reports on the state of test environments and systems.
- Introduction and verification of changes in the business and technical configuration of systems, including products, equipment, promotions, price lists and warehouse transactions.
- Preparation and pseudonymization of data used in tests.
- Improve CI/CD and automation processes
- Writing plugins that extend the basic functionality of the tools used
Your Profile
- Very good knowledge of the principles of distributed IT systems and the relationships between applications, services, APIs, databases and infrastructure components;
- Practical experience in monitoring extensive test environments involving at least several dozen interdependent systems;
- Ability to create tests that check API, SQL/NoSQL databases, jobs, GUI etc.
- Ability to create tests that check both individual process steps and the entire e2e processes (integrating different technologies/methods)
- Ability to write queries, scripts for automated tests to databases: Oracle, Postgress, Mongo
- Knowledge of Java or Groovy and experience in maintaining or developing scripts and monitoring tools. Good knowledge of Selenium, Restassured, Cucumber
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Postman, Bruno, SoapUI, PuTTY, WinSCP, IntelliJ, PyCharm, SQL Developer, DBeaver or pgAdmin.SOAP /JMS - knowledge of XML syntax, verification of answers, logs.
- REST- knowledge of RESTAPI calls, JSON, log verification, responses
- Using Elastic search to analyze the correctness of processed requests throughout the verified process
- Ability to think analytically
- Jira at the level of dashboards, bugtracking, test plans and test execution
- Knowledge of server environments and databases (Windows/Linux, SQL, understanding of application architecture)
- Knowledge of the basics of application security, data protection and pseudonymization.
- Experience working with business or technical configuration of systems, e.g. price lists, promotions, devices or warehouse transactions.
- Good communication and collaboration with different business teams, analysts, OPS, DEV, testing, network
- Experience in integrating systems with AI/LLM services through APIs; knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, calling tools by model or MCP will be an added asset,
