About the Role Senior Test Engineer responsible for configuration and deployment of Cognex test machines, including on-site setup, testing, and qualification of hardware and software. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, triage support tickets, and maintain change control for deployed test software configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analyses and corrective actions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the configuration and deployment of Cognex test machines
- Perform on-site setup, testing, and qualification of machines and software
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
- Triage machines and respond to support tickets
- Troubleshoot test software
- Maintain change control for deployed test software configurations and functional parameters
- Work with a cross-functional team on problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience
