About the Role Capgemini Senior Test Automation Engineer – Mexico will be responsible for delivering quality engineering across Operational Support Systems (OSS). The role focuses on automation, API testing, system integration, and validation of backend operational platforms supporting enterprise applications. What You'll Do
- Design and execute automation and manual test cases
- Validate APIs and backend services
- Ensure end-to-end integration across OSS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Track and resolve defects
- Support Agile delivery and sprint goals
- Execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Work with databases and SQL for data validation and integrity
- Perform integration testing and validation of business flows between applications What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience; level varies by role
- Strong exposure to QA processes, API testing, and enterprise operational systems
- Java/Python API testing: Postman, REST Assured
- CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Data validation: SQL
- Integration & backend systems understanding
- Exposure to SAVIA and a mindset for continuous learning Nice to Have
