About the Role Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) located in El Segundo, CA. This role focuses on leading and executing test and evaluation activities to verify and validate sophisticated systems for defense programs. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and qualification tests for complex systems.
- Collect, analyze, and report test data; drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with hardware/software engineers, program management, and customers to ensure requirements are met.
- Support technical reviews and documentation deliverables; ensure test processes comply with standards and safety protocols. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in test and evaluation, verification, and qualification activities for systems.
- Proficiency with lab instrumentation, test software, and data analysis tools; strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have
- DoD/government program experience or security clearance.
