About the role
Identify senior technology leaders with 15+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services organizations. Target professionals currently leading large-scale technology organizations, digital transformation programs, cloud modernization initiatives, and global engineering teams.
Must have:
- Experience leading technology functions across Investment Platforms, Client Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS and/or GCP), Application Modernization, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Technology Strategy.
- Exposure to Asset Management platforms such as Aladdin, eFront, State Street solutions, Finastra products, SS&C platforms, MRI, or comparable investment technology ecosystems.
- Experience driving AI, RPA, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Data Management, and Enterprise Reporting initiatives.
- Deep understanding of investment operations, fixed income, real estate investments, portfolio management, investment accounting, compliance, and reporting domains.
- Proven track record managing global stakeholders and influencing technology strategy across North American or international markets.
- Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams, succession planning, leadership development, and innovation programs.
- Strong exposure to Agile, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
Preferred:
- Experience in insurance, asset management, pension funds, investment banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Thought leadership through patents, publications, industry forums, conference speaking, or innovation leadership.
- Experience managing technology portfolios, engineering governance, and strategic technology roadmaps.
