Senior Technician - New Berlin, WI
Position Summary The Seasoning Senior Technician serves as a technical resource to the Culinary Development & Design (CD&D) team in the development, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of seasoning blends and food products. This role is responsible for preparing product samples, executing and modifying formulations, conducting product evaluations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting research and development projects from concept through commercialization. The Senior Technician independently manages assigned development activities, provides technical guidance and support to other laboratory personnel, and collaborates with Food Scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet established quality, sensory, performance, and project requirements.
