About the Role Senior Technical Writer at Xylem will be part of the Global Technical Communication Center of Excellence, responsible for developing world-class customer documentation (Hardware/Software) and managing content within a Component Content Management System (CCMS). You will collaborate with Project Coordinators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally to deliver clear, accurate, user-focused documentation such as Installation and Operation Instructions, Service Manuals, and other technical publications. What You'll Do
- Develop reusable, structured technical content aligned with Xylem’s authoring guidelines, information model, and style guide.
- Conduct task analysis (TA) and prepare annotated topic lists (ATL).
- Create and maintain Topics, Chaptermaps, Bookmaps, and metadata within the CCMS.
- Produce and maintain illustrations, graphics, and photo-realistic renderings.
