About the Role Looking for an experienced Azure Data Senior Technical Specialist to design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on Microsoft Azure. The candidate will lead enterprise data architecture initiatives, define strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals and analytics needs. What You'll Do
- Architect, design and develop (through Team) solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and developing data platforms on Microsoft Azure, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and real-time pipelines
- Proficiency with Azure Databricks / Spark (PySpark/Scala), Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, ADLS Gen2, and (where applicable) Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
- Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts; ETL/ELT and pipeline design; data modeling (Dimensional / Lakehouse; Star/Snowflake; Medallion architecture)
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- CI/CD / DevOps (Azure DevOps); knowledge of real-time processing / streaming Nice to Have
- Power BI / BI tool knowledge (hands-on advantageous)
- Familiarity with Azure Data Platform Design (Azure Stack)
