Job title: Senior Technical Recruiter - Semiconductor
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to join Marvell's talent acquisition team. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles across semiconductor design, verification, physical design, process engineering, optical/photonics, and embedded software, acting as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities across semiconductor engineering disciplines.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff; support experienced hires across Europe (e.g., Romania, Switzerland, Italy) and back up for Israel.
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract top semiconductor talent (ASIC, SoC, design verification, physical design, firmware, DFT, firmware/embedded, process engineering).
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates; utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (Expert), GitHub, IEEE Xplore, patent databases, conference attendee lists (DAC/Hot Chips/ISSCC), and niche forums.
- Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, including compensation trends and talent availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle; track recruitment metrics in Workday and maintain compliance with policies and applicable employment laws.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of technical recruiting experience, with strong semiconductor industry expertise.
- Proven proactive sourcing track record: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, GitHub, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated success hiring for specialized roles such as IC design, verification, physical design, process technology, packaging, and test engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, tools, and development lifecycles.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday Recruiting, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced Boolean search.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: EUR 45,000 - 60,000 per year (base pay, not including bonuses or benefits).
