You will help build the teams defining the future of travel and expense tech, acting as the critical bridge between Navan’s ambitious product roadmap and the global developer community. - Strategic Advisory & Leadership: Partner closely with senior engineering leaders to design and execute high-impact hiring strategies. Use deep business context and data-driven insights to influence buy-in and drive talent decisions.
