About the Role The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead and oversee complex technical programs for customers at Wright-Patterson AFB, ensuring successful execution across lifecycle from initiation through delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communications. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Develop program plans, schedules, risk management plans, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage contractor performance, coordinate with government customers, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and security requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, metrics, and performance reviews. What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technical programs, preferably in government/defense or aerospace.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance or willingness to obtain.
