About the Role As a Senior Technical Program Manager on Axon's VR team, you will drive execution across immersive training products that combine cutting-edge VR with backend services, hardware integrations, and interactive design. You'll own the planning and delivery of complex cross-functional programs, acting as a force multiplier for engineering and product teams. This is a critical backfill role that will restore vital program management capacity and help ensure our teams remain focused, aligned, and on track to deliver life-saving training products. What You'll Do
- Drive execution across immersive training products, integrating VR, backend services, and hardware
- Own the planning and delivery of complex cross-functional programs
- Act as a force multiplier for engineering and product teams, enabling faster, focused delivery
- Backfill critical program management capacity to maintain alignment and progress toward delivering life-saving training products What We're Looking For
- Experience leading cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced environments
- Ability to coordinate engineering, product, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with VR/immersive technologies, backend services, and hardware integrations is a plus
- Strong communication, planning, and risk management skills Compensation & Benefits
- Axon is a total compensation company; base pay plus bonus and stock awards
- Base pay range: $131,250–$210,000 USD per year
