Senior Technical Program Manager - Cork, Ireland

NetApp is transforming how Solutions Engineering operates across EMEA and LATAM. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive key strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across our Solutions Engineering organization. Reporting to the CTO & VP of Solutions Engineering for EMEA, LATAM, and the Middle East, you will build and scale operational processes, business dashboards, and reporting frameworks that help more than 200 Solutions Architects and Business Development professionals work more effectively across multiple countries. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence across leadership teams.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable platforms, tools, and processes that enable Solution Architects and Business Development teams to work efficiently.
• Create centralized repositories for solution assets, enablement materials, target account lists, and best practices.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks using Salesforce, Power BI, and related tools.
• Deliver clear visibility into business performance, team activity, and strategic outcomes.
• Lead operational reviews, business performance meetings, and quarterly KPI assessments.
• Track actions, decisions, and follow-through across stakeholders.
• Monitor progress across multiple strategic initiatives and transformation workstreams.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability for execution.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role.

• Experience leading cross-functional programs in large, distributed organizations.

• Strong analytics and reporting skills, including Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

• Experience building collaboration and knowledge-sharing platforms using Microsoft technologies.

• Understanding of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales organizations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

• Preferred

• Experience supporting organizational transformation or operating model changes.

• Knowledge of sales and solutions engineering metrics, including pipeline, win rate, and coverage.

• Familiarity with automation, AI, and process optimization.

• Experience working across EMEA-based organizations.

• Additional European language skills.
