This role focuses on driving program strategy, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead program planning, execution, and governance for digital engineering applications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders; manage schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Define success metrics, track progress, produce status reports, and facilitate decision-making with leadership.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Senior TPM.
- Experience in digital engineering applications or related software domains.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
